Product pickup in Tallinn

The service for issuing goods at the location of the warehouse is free.

Currently, you can pick up the item(s) at these addresses:

If you have chosen to receive the goods at the address of the warehouse, we will notify you of the possibility of picking up the goods by e-mail or SMS. Ordered goods must be picked up within 3 (three) calendar days. After this period, the order will be canceled and the ordered goods will be sent back to the warehouse.

Please have your order number and ID with you to pick up your order. If your order is picked up by another person, when placing the order, indicate it as the recipient. And if the buyer is a legal entity, have a power of attorney with you.

Delivery of goods by JuliNail courier in Tallinn

The service for fast delivery of goods in Tallinn costs - €1 on the day of payment of the order or the next day.

If you have chosen "Estonia. Home delivery in Tallinn", we will contact you to arrange the transfer . Ordered goods must be received within 3 (three) calendar days. After this period, the order will be canceled and the ordered goods will be sent back to the warehouse.

If the delivery of the goods does not take place at the address indicated in the order, then have the order number and identification card with you. If your order is picked up by another person, not at the specified address, when placing the order, indicate it as the recipient. And if the buyer is a legal entity, have a power of attorney with you.

If the goods could not be left at the place of order due to the fault of the client, then the delivery fee is not compensated.

Delivery of goods by courier Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD

Delivery of goods by courier Omniva, SmartKuller, DPD -  from 4€ to 8€.

If you chose "Estonia. Courier to your home", the courier will contact you to arrange the transfer . Ordered goods must be received within 3 (three) calendar days. After this period, the order will be canceled and the ordered goods will be sent back to the warehouse.

If the delivery of the goods does not take place at the address indicated in the order, then have an identity card with you. If your order is picked up by another person, not at the specified address, when placing the order, indicate it as the recipient. 

If the goods could not be left at the place of the order due to the fault of the client, then the delivery fee will not be compensated.

Delivery of goods to points of issue and post offices

If you have chosen delivery of goods to a pick-up point or an Omniva, DPD, Itella parcel terminal, they will be delivered within the time indicated next to the selected product.

Omniva - 2,95 €

DPD - 2,80 €

Itella - 2,95 €

Attention!

Order delivery via parcel Omniva or DPD is possible only if if the goods do not exceed the established parcel dimensions (39 x 38 x 64) and weight (up to 30 kg ).

Delivery of an order via a parcel locker Itella can be ordered if if the goods do not exceed the established parcel dimensions (60 x 36 x 60 cm) and weight (up to 35 kg).

Drop in/out service

If the parcel weighs up to 30kg, the courier will unload the parcel and bring it to the first safe place in the room on the main floor. In this case, it is not necessary to order an additional unloading service.

If the Courier needs to bring the parcel to the floors or around the apartment, then this may cost:

• up to 5kg - 1€ / floor
• up to 10kg - 2€/floor
• up to 15kg - 3€/floor
• up to 20kg - 4€/floor
• up to 30kg - 10€/floor
• up to 80kg - 20€/floor
• More than 80kg - Negotiable

Attention! 

• If the ordered product has large dimensions, as well as if the product is placed on a pallet, despite its weight up to 30 kg , delivery by agreement.
• If at least one package of the parcel weighs more than 30 kg, the courier will only help you unload the goods from the car, but will not help you bring it to the desired place.
• We we provide a skid service only in the following Estonian cities (Tallinn).
